New Gaming Setup, Looking For Suggestions

Howdy folks!

A few days ago I pulled the trigger and picked up a pretty substantial upgrade over my last PC. From a R5 2600 / 1050ti to a 5600 / 1660 Super. I totally understand that this isn't some gaming legend machine but it's a big jump for me and I was wondering what suggestions the community might have.

I'm looking for games that are immersive in play style and graphically pretty. I'm used to playing things like Diablo 3 and the Borderlands series which don't see a lot of improvement from one step to the other. I like single player RPG, JRPG and a good hack'n'slash a la Diablo.

Thanks in advance, and sorry if this is the wrong place for the post!
