Yes, but it's not just that simple. There's nuance discussed in the video giving a lot of hope for Dems.

That’s to be expected, unfortunately. We know dems are more likely to vote early. And republicans are more likely to vote on Election Day 😬

I just vote and wait to see the results, polls don't make a difference to me.

Won't disagree with your points. I used to worry more about Barnes and the US Senate, but I'm very fearful of what that asshat Michels would do with a compliant state legislature, akin to DeSatan in FLA. I just can't picture a majority of any population going for that guy though.

He makes some good points, but it's really hard to tell with things shifting so wildly in terms of voter behavior. As usual, the best (and quite flawed) information we have to go on is polling, which says "yikes" for Barnes and "oof" for Evers. It also shows that WAY more voters care about the economy than picayune issues like the rights of women and the future of democracy. My point is that anyone can spin a narrative with the numbers, and I dare not embrace hope at this point since time and time again I've felt let down by this state and country and the cruel selfishness of far too many people. All we can do is vote.

The Democratic strategist speaking here addresses the fact that early voting has plunged for Republicans since 2016, after Trump disparaged it as full of fraud. Conversely Dems have encouraged early voting and Dem voters are doing so in record numbers. The strategist discusses why this is so important and a very positive development.

Seems like this happens every year. Some early indicator shows a blue tsunami, which turns out to be wildly inaccurate.

Republicans want us all to believe there's a "red wave" coming. If the polls are freaking you out, check out "Early Voting Data shows Democrats LEADING Midterms"
