I have a good amount of memories from then and remember the songs and culture from that time pretty well, so I'd say yes. Not really 2010 but 2011 and especially 2012. Since I started Kindergarten in '12 I definitely consider it part of my childhood.

I definitely feel in touch with my childhood from 2001 to 2003 but not that much with 2000.

I'm born in 06, so I think I'm close enough I would include the early part of the next decade as early childhood because you start school and you form memories.

i was born in 2005, not a 7 year, but its like how i would see late 2000s (2008-2009).

i can remember those years, and personally the first year i really felt like a kid was 2009. its the earliest year i would claim, but i wansnt old enough to really experience everything at that time.

This is the equivalent of 1 years for the mid part of the decade they was born in and 4 years for the late part of the decade they was born.

both in 77. I am an 80s kid and a 90s teen.

i wasn’t born in a “7” year, but i think they can claim the early part of the following decade. It would be equivocal to a “3” or “4” year claiming the late part of the decade they were born in

I remember the early 2010s being that time where I was old enough to remember it and have a lot of memories, but not old enough to have truly experienced the cultural zeitgeist of that time. Yet again I experienced many of the leftovers from that time period in the mid 2010s so im not too sure
