Anyone unable to acquire all Oil Sublimators?

I don't mean unable to find the locations— I've checked all the guides and triple-checked all of the locations. But when I go there they're all just "Essence of a ____ spirit"s. I don't know if I missed one in my first playthrough and/or if they all turn into Essences in NG+ but they're just plain not all in the game because of a general bug or something to do with NG+.

Anyone else experiencing this? It's making me feel like I'm going crazy traveling from location to location revisiting the same empty chests.
