Encountered the ghost of myself giving me a warning

I had a dream that I was in my house and suddenly felt that a spirit was in the room. I turned around and saw a ghostly version of myself with sunken eyes and pale skin. She was sitting with her back to me. When she saw me, she approached me and urgently warned me repeatedly, “They’re going to kill the rabbit. You have to go save the rabbit now.”

It was so unnerving and there was this sense of desperation and urgency. I just don’t know what it could mean.
