I’m in zicklin and only took pre calc however I transferred from a different school and idk if baruch breaks pre calc into two pre calc classes. I just looked up math 2205 and it says pre calc 1b so your best bet is to look on your degreeworks and see what it says there. I’m sorry if I’m not much help

Might want to double check with an advisor but I remember it depends on the year you entered. I believe after 2021 the only prerequisite is precalc but before might be different. Here’s the link for reference

I am planning on dropping MTH 2205 currently as I am doing really poorly in the class. However I’m concerned that it’s gonna affect my ability to register into Zicklin classes such as FIN3000 for the spring semester. I do have a precalc credit (MTH 2003) but I just want to be sure that I can register without MTH 2205

Do I need to take MTH 2205 or calculus to be able to take my Zicklin classes?
