Very liberal university. A speaker said "Hello Ladies and Gentlemen"

1st week of freshman year university in 2007. Sue Johanson, aka “Sex with Sue,” spoke to the students about sex education. Prior to the event, everyone had to write a sex-related question on a piece of paper and turn it in. They were placed into a hat, and after her speech, she would pick questions out of the hat at random. She pulled one out that read “my dick hurts.” The whole crowd laughed hard. She then goes “well, can’t help you there.” It was so funny.

What is the comment at a assembly/event that made everyone go wild?
