Looks like a solid 9, corners are off though so I doubt it would be a 10. Nice condition either way considering the quality control (lack there of) on this UPC.

Beautiful centering compared to a lot of other posts I've been seeing lol. I also got really lucky on the centering of my promos. VStar is nice online but even more gorgeous in person

We could assume no? Based off centering, scratches, etc?
I guess we could assume sure, but with a couple pictures it won't be that accurate. Hard to tell these things without seeing the card in person
