Back is still hurting two weeks after massage

Hi all,

I got a massage a couple weeks ago and the woman was very rough on my back (kept using elbows on my spine and other areas). I asked her to lessen the pressure a few times and she would for a brief period but then the pressure would increase again. After three times of asking to lighten the pressure I finally just kept quiet and waited until it was over. The massage was not enjoyable in any way - it was very painful. My back hurt afterwards and has been hurting ever since. I am worried that my back is permanently damaged. Any advice or thoughts?
