MN BON endorsement status

How long does it take to get a RN license via endorsement on average? I applied for a license by endorsement on 19th Sep though, it hasn’t yet updated anything so far. Tried numerous times to call them though, no one picks up the phone!!! Of course, no email back!!! Im freaking fed up with waiting for this process. Anyone helps??! This is really frustrating
