No. You must prove your intent of living in arizona outside of education. That usually means living and working full-time for at least one year. This would be reflective on tax returns, etc.

If you are working, but also attending school, and you’re not originally from AZ prior to that, they usually chalk that up as “here for educational purposes.”

ASU will not change your status unless you work here for more than a year while not going to school. That's their litmus test.
