'Camera on' and 'Camera off' Windows popup whenever I turn my camera on/off

I was testing out my laptop camera for a Google Meet -- when I turned my camera on/off, an annoying popup (from Windows, not from Google) would show up directly on the turn camera on/off button. I have to wait 5 seconds for the popup to disappear before pressing the button again. How do I disable this? Currently using Windows 11
