Is there a price error on 'fully loaded edition' Epic Games Store?

I bought it on Epic because the steam version didnt have the DLC available for purchase early on after release.

Then i realised this morning the "Peugeot 206" : DLC which was supposed to be free for PC. Was included in the Epic games price.
