EDIT: my doctor said it might be Tachyarrhythmia/arrhythmia
hi! I know and understand that this subreddit can’t diagnose me or treat me, but I just want to see if maybe someone relates or to understand what the problem might be so I would have some direction and not feel so lost. for a a few months-a year now i’ve been having these “attacks” - which are sharp, strong, heavy, twisting, burning feeling in my chest that lasts a few minutes. they’ve grown more frequent with the time. it’s hard to explain exactly what I feel but it sometimes changes. they can be burning hot (like as if there’s a hot liquid in my upper/middle of my chest. usually more than 10 mins) or sharp, heavy, usually shorter (few minutes) pains that feel like you pulled a muscle inside but at the same time as if someone is crushing your chest. a few things i’ve noticed are: my heart beats really fast then (and laying down makes it worse), shortness of breath with the smallest of activities and it’s triggered sometimes by leaning forward, stress and eating warm food. I also feel weird tingles on my body (mostly legs), like a cold liquid dripping down when there’s nothing these. I sleep worse then before because I keeping waking up, I occasionally even have hallucinations before sleep or when I wake up, my emotions are more intense and I can feel my heart pounding when I lay down. more so I used to have “nearly fainting” (seeing black, falling down, everything spinning) situations, but it’s good now. they used to come after/before the chest pains so I believe they are connected. basically everything connects to my chest pains. i’m going to quite a few checkups now but i’m desperate because some doctors say “hm weird” basically but nothing. I never smoked, I don’t drink often and I used to work out occasionally (but now I can’t because of this). i’m normally healthy.
if anyone has even the smallest clue I would highly appreciate it! thank you and I wish you all good health 💗
