advice for selling dice in a local store.

I potentially have the chance to sell dice in a store front, but i've never sold things professionally before. I do own my masters, i'm not using liscenced dice or anything, but does anyone know if there is anything i need to do for something like this? Do i have to set up a small business with the state or fill out any tax forms or anything? Are there any guides out there?
