Is there an android app for gamepad keyboards?

Is there an android app that will let you have a gamepad-controlled on screen keyboard? Similar to on Steam, or on a console where you use the gamepad to input text with a virtual keyboard.

Sorry if this isn't the right sub, I have no clue where this should go
