[Hiring] Need programmer to create a Facebook ads library scraping tool

Facebook ads library scraping tools already exist online, but I need one that is slightly more advanced.

I would like to scrape ads based on number of impressions, for example, only ads that have +1m impressions that started running after the 1st of November.

Project price is undetermined and to be negotiated as it depends on many factors.
