Yeah I already found some Tarot Walls, and talked already with her. Is this why she does not respond?

I remember in my last play (after release) that this was not the case and I could talk with her even when not all Tarot Walls were found

Have you found any of the Tarot graffiti scattered around NC? The associated quest directs you to talk to her

I would really love some Tarot reading...

I'm 40 hours in, finished the Heroes Quest, but since then, idk.

I also can't call Jackie and leave messages.

TBH, I really want to do both of these things, I was always looking forward to the new readings, and new messages I tell my favourite choom.

OMG WHAT JACKIE DIES????!!!

....kidding

Holy, I just noticed Misty's fees. For a professional shop she is pretty cheap if we assume Eurodollars and American Dollars are equal.

Misty just standing there, never moving, never changing - sure, Jackie died, but still...
