Used CPU AIO?

So I got a used Corsair H100i for free basically, but I have no knowledge if there's anything wrong with it. The rad looks mint. If I hold the rad above the pump and shake it I can hear a lot of bubbles in the rad, but not really any in the pump.
Do you think it's still good? Should I give it a shot?
