There's an open mic every other Wednesday night at the Milk Parlor. It's a good place to play in front of other people and meet other musicians.
Hey what’s up? Have only been playing since Christmas 2021 (got acoustic then) but I’d always like to make more music friends! I’m not very good haha but I can play a few songs and have some decent fundamentals.
I’ve been self teaching myself for a few years too. I know there’s a guitar club on campus that meets every Wednesday. I haven’t been to a meeting though cause my Wednesday schedule is kinda tight. If you want, you can dm me and I’ll send you an invite to their group me.
Gobbler connect says it meets Mondays. Is that something else?
I guess the info on gobbler connect page is out of date? I got added to the group me from an email from the club President after joining through gobbler connect. Every meeting in there so far has been on Wednesdays.
