Eh maybe, but I'd honestly perfer if Terry just had a bit of a more nuisanced (based?) Opinion than the majority of other elves. Sure, this opinion could have been informed by his transition + treatment by other elves, but it's also possible he's just an individual more sympathetic to the use of dark magic, regardless of his identity. I'd honestly prefer that, as it would make him a more interesting character to me.

I like this idea, but I think it is very unlikely and may give off the wrong message (likening sex change to evil dark sorcery that should never be done)

Omg I didn't even think of that like how everyone told him he was a doe but he knew he was a buck or whatever he said along those lines I think. it didn't even cross my mind he could be trans I love that about the show there's so much representation LGBTQ community without it being like a main character trait like aunt amaya and janai they're both good characters even with out them being gay and I think it's important for a show to do that because it shows it's completely normal instead of ooo wow look at this gay character here guys we're giving you guys representation and I also love that aunt amaya is deaf too the show is just great and I like that it shows how you can get past your prejudice towards other people like how the humans thought elves were blood drinking monsters or whatever it's just a amazing show and I'm glad they brought it back

I read people ask why he is with Claudia and why he is ok with dark magic when other elves are not.

Perhaps Claudia used dark magic so he can have a physical transition. So dark magic benefitted him and he doesn't look down on it like other elves.
