I have a problem with my supervisor

I will just go directly to the point of this post. I work in the UK as a cleaner and I am currently 7 weeks pregnant. I told my supervisor when I was 5 weeks pregnant because I got told by another supervisor we have to say when know. I’ve never been pregnant before so I don’t know if this is true for others.

Anyway, I told my supervisor and in a matter of days, another employee of the company who's in the same rank as me congratulated me on being pregnant. When I asked him how he learned that I only told the supervisor, he said that she told him. When I asked her, she said the reason she told him that was because he kept complaining about going to the waste management site. And she said it was no place for someone who's pregnant to be.

Yes, I understand that, but why say I'm pregnant, she had no right, she could have said I was sick or something. She also had the audacity to tell me, oh, you didn't want anybody to know.

No, I didn't want anybody to know, especially this soon. I already lost a baby in July and its spread in the office like wildfire now it seems like it is too. So far, I know 2 people who know and I haven't told them, so she definitely did.

I know employers shouldn't share medical information with others, but can they talk about my Pregnancy when I said I didn't want anybody to know?

She also won't let me take a day off for my midwife appointment. Which I'm legally entitled to, I know I'm out of vacation, but I don't care if I got paid or not. I gave her two weeks' notice, texted her the date, and reminded her that Friday and she said she would put it down. I just got my rota and guess what I’m not, off I text her I asked for the day off again. And she basically said oh your appointment isn’t till the afternoon you can still work like what the hell.

I have mild autism, I don’t like confrontation, but she’s starting to really Annoy me with her behaviour. There's so much more to it that I'm not going to touch on, but I'm I wrong here.
