Welcome to Preempt Cordon

Welcome to the subreddit!

This is a project for helping generate better consensus, tools for consensus, and such.

While this subreddit does talk about technology's use in that (and has its own implementation of online consensus making software) - paper ballot elections are still the best. (we <3 mail in voting!). This is just a way to try to improve online discussions.

This is not a subreddit for crypto/coins, any posts about them will be removed.

We love federation and open protocols though - ActivityPub and indieweb being two nice standards. Open protocols don't seek to be the bedrock single implementation everything runs on - because there are so many implementations of them! We recognize that running your own server can be hard, and the size of a community to use our software is something to take into account.

So - won't you come along with us on our journey?

Did you know we have a discord server?
