Right ear on wireless Niceboy HIVE headphones Is not working

Hello, I have bought around january Niceboy HIVE headphones (wireless) And enjoyed them. I have used them for everything. Going on a walk? I take them. Do I play games? I use them.

But now, right ear has stopped working. When I move with the cable or the ear alone.

I already had two of those headphones and the only reason why I bought new pair Is because guess what, yes, the right ear has stopped working. I am tired of buying new pair on almost yearly basis. Anyway how to fix this? Do you think I should take them somewhere or Is there any fix? It feels like cable is kinda maybe loose.
