I always felt like cudi was flawed as a person but he knew about it and tried to fix it. I remember one time he punched a fan at a concert then apologized and brought him on stage at a later show. I definitely agree that Cudi is in the wrong for overreacting and taking the version off soundcloud just because someone was praising it. But…. to be fair we (cudi fans collectively) have been begging him to put love on streaming for years now. So I somewhat understand why he would want people to listen to the one he cleared the sample for and worked on getting on streaming. Shitty situation, I still love his music though

Been rockin with cudi since the Dawn of time but after MOTM III he seems different as a person. He’s been making the popular sounding ass music as of late. Although I like it you can tell his approach for things musically , lifestyle , etc is completely different then before. It’s the exact same song on Spotify and Soundcloud, but Love was originally uploaded on Soundcloud and that’s where fans heard it the first time. Ig it’s more nostalgia rather than a “better” version from my understanding.
