Did anyone else's 4a5g just duplicate all their photos and videos??

No idea what's going on, I recorded a video and went back to play it and it's super choppy and basically un-watchable. I closed the app and restarted my phone and now every photo/video I have has been duplicated. Anyone experience this before?
