CoveredCA Renewal: CCHP used to be cheapest, now it's the most expensive!

How'd that happen?

Their Silver plan used to have the cheapest monthly payments, but now they're about the same price as Blue Shield/Cross/Kaiser's Gold plans?!?

I want to support, because they're local, but geez...
