Designs not completing upload

Hey y'all,

Been having some issues with my new redbubble account. I have a couple designs up and visible in my shop, but any time I go to upload one and mark it as 'mature content' it never seems to show up. I understand it's supposed to take up to two hours for a design to go through, but I tried uploading some designs last night and they still do not appear to be anywhere on my account. I've had -0- issues with my other designs going up.

I emailed their support team, but so far all they've done is ask for a screenshot of what I'm seeing.

Any help/advice?

Fwiw the content I'm uploading isn't graphic or anything - just has a bit of 'adult' language like 'dick' or 'bukkake' in text.
