Upper left back pain

I’m 22F, 140lb ans 5’6” and have been experiencing pain on the left side of my upper back for about 2 months now. It hurts especially when I look down (touch my chin to my neck) and sometimes when I make other movements with my left shoulder or arm. I’ve noticed that the pain even radiates to the top center part of my abdomen sometimes or even lower down my back. I tried doing some stretches recently but woke up the next day in much more pain so now I’m not sure where to go from here. I also did some googling and read that pain in these areas could be related to the pancreas so I’m a little nervous now. Is it worth a visit to the doctor?
