I opened the oven after 9 mins as suggested and the top was brown as well but it deflated right after taking it out lol. It tasted great but didn’t fluff up like I saw on the picture 😂 is that normal for it to just deflate?

Sorry für late Reply but i'm Not the Cook at Home ;) Did u open the Oven to fast? Because the Salzburger Nocke does not like fast Temperatur Changes

I tried this recipe but the Salzburger nockerl went flat after taking it out of the oven. Did I miss a step or it will go flat after taking it out of the oven?
