Is this idea crazy?

So I was thinking, Coach McD should not rule Josh out for the game, but he should start Keenum. If Keenum does horrible and Josh is able to play, bench him and put Josh in. If Keenum does well, win win; Josh gets rested and we still win the game. Is this crazy?
