Anyone left hospital/clinic for telemedicine? pro? cons?

So i was approached by my institution for a telemedicine opportunity full time a week or so ago. Work days 3x12h or 4x10h no wknds no holidays from home seeing patients who are established with the system for “urgent visits” who don’t necessarily need ER but can’t be seen by their established physicians/clinics same day because either off or no time on schedule both IM and specialty. All patients will be pre-screened/triaged by various clinics in the system). 10mins per visit plus 10min to chart. Work supported by nursing for in-basket and APP for refills.

Anyone left hospital doing telemedicine only? Pros? Cons?

edit: salaried position (285k), OT paid at 210$ an hr.
