Super Sad - BPI Rewards Program

So for all BPI card holders, for sure naka receive naman na kayo ng notification na somehow, madedevalue na ang RTR points ng BPI.

Btw, I have Visa Sig. I got this card last Feb and at that moment, may promo si BPI na:

1. NAFFL but you have spend 100k in 180 days (for Visa Sig and Plat)
2. You will get a total of 70K RTR points that is equivalent to 10K of cash credit.

So for people na naapprove sa BPI from Jan-Feb, macredit ang points nila Sep 28 onwards. I got mine ng Oct 6 but nag reflect lang sya sa account ko ng Oct 28

So I tried to redeem my points netong katapusan lang and then nag txt si BPI because I dont have enough points daw to redeem.. BTW, I have 79k points and ang nireredeem ko eh 77K points = 11K PHP kasi 7K points = 1K php

So I called today, and ang sabi ng CS, during daw my redemption, eh transitioning na ang devaluing ng points nila.. therefore, kung mag redeem ako susundin na ang bagong redemption process nila wherein 12K points = 1K

And di na nila maacknowledge yung promo nila before kasi effective na yung bagong redemption process nila ng points.. Hays..

Kaya sa mag reredeem dyan ng points to shopping credits sa BPI, good luck!
