Have starting spawns down, and 3 random individual neutral spawns set up just to have something while I'm forging. Yet I'm randomly spawning around the map and out of the map for some reason? Am I missing something or is that getting triggered by something.

Spawn points now have a few checks they do to see if you can spawn there. Namely a line-of-sight check (if enemy can see the spawn, don't spawn there) and danger check (if enemy is near spawn, don't spawn there). If you are doing something like octagon wierd all players are dropped in the same area, then the spawn points will have a hard time finding a safe spawn.
To fix this, you just have to check each respawn point and change the los and danger checks to false. You can also add a back-up spawn somewhere in your map to control where players spawn from when other spawns don't work.
Ah so I put down 3 if they are in LOS or danger close it would force spawn them elsewhere in the map somewhere huh. Interesting.
That does sound weird, are you sure you've deleted all the original spawns?
Are you sure that your temporary spawns are not placed inside of an anti-spawn zone?
Are you sure the spawns you placed aren't clipping into the floor?
