Honestly I do feel a little better considering this seems to be the majority vote. Makes me think maybe it was just some dumb marketing tool, a lot better than the alternative I was thinking of.

There's a Satanic Temple in Salem. Maybe they're just doing outreach? Lol They're big on separation of church and state (requesting their flag is also flown at state capital that kinda thing) and charity.

I guess now that you mention it the guy was pretty polite… I figure if this was an ARG or something they would have tried to be more creepy or something yeah? I’m guessing it’s a satanic temple and he just assumed you knew that, maybe it really just is like a religious thing and just happens to be satanism? The address he gave you was it far?

There's no street by that name where I live so I'm assuming he ment lane (will not disclose city or state) which seems to be development housing suburbs. Like I said though I'm going to need to call him back when I have some free time. I completely missed the address number due to the fact that he was not how I expected from the post.
