Can women smell or sense testosterone

I've been on TRT for about six months now and in that time I got a girlfriend and she's always said that I just smell good for some reason and it isn't any of my cologne or deodorant. I've also had other women say this as well and wondered if anyone else had any similar experiences with this type of thing because I've read that women are generally attracted to men with higher test levels and wondered if it was some primal instinct they have where they can sense it.
