Murder of Crows

I am finally on my feet

Regaining a shred of dignity

I take a seat on the couch

Alone, in the room that was ours

I look outside

And see the sky in twilight

I watch a murder of crows

Circling something beyond my sight

Suddenly I was struck by the resemblance

To the thoughts, wandering my mind
