Pedal/Cleats question

I've bought a 2002 specialized allez A1 this week for £80. ..my first road bike. It has these pedals and I don't know what cleats I need for them. I've ascertained that they are LOOK pedals but it seems a minefield of delta, neo etc. Can someone please help me out so I don't waste money on the wrong gear? Thank you!
