Ender 3 Pro SKR Mini e3 V1.2 - Extruder Temp Reporting Issues?
Finally jumped from marlin over to klipper. Having some issues with Klipper reading my extruder temp. Klipper reports that the extruder temp is too low and then stops the print. I have a hard time believing the thermistor is bad, considering I was printing for months with no issues until the firmware swap. I'm basically at the mercy of the thermistor reporting the right temp, otherwise I walk away for 5 minutes and come back to find my print stopped.
Ender 3 Pro with an SKR Mini E3 v1.2 running OctoKlipper PID Tuning completed mulitple times.
I'm aware of the following
"# Note: This board has a design flaw in its thermistor circuits that cause inaccurate temperatures (most noticeable at low temperatures)."
Anyone got any ideas on what to do to get around this? Should I just set a min_extrude_temp and hope for the best? I'm not really concerned that the printer is not staying at temp.

I am running 2 of those boards without any issues, double check your config file, it may be the problem. If marlin was right, klipper should be too. Any reason to use octoprint? Mainsail or fluid are lighter interfaces and are great.
Mainly using octoprint some I already had it, but I’ll try out mainsail. My config is the basic skr mini e3 v1.2 just with input shaper, PA, and a retract section. I did replace the hotend a while back, which I believe came with a NTC100K thermistor.
