So I checked around most people's synchro device options and the top 5 leveled Nikkes are all SRs. Should I revert my SSRs' levels so that I can put them on the bottom slots instead or would I lose more with that? Sorry if the flair is wrong, I dunno what to use for questions.

I keep the mentality of who is currently my top 5 that has the most potential growth. In the beginning, it’s incredibly easy to get max limit break SRs given the small pool of them and the high chance to pull them. Whenever I get an SSR to three stars though, I reset a current SR and give everything to the SSR that they had since they now have the higher potential for growth.
I also prefer to raise the 5 current girls in the synchro by 10 at a time since it helps keep things even with growth, while providing time for you to hopefully gain 5 max limit SSRs to replace into the machine.
yeah pretty much. When youre newbie team (ssrs) hit their level cap (80 without dupes) u have to reset their levels and pump all the resources into one of your max Limit Break SRs so you can get them beyond lv80 when you sync. And yes, when you reset nikke levels you get ALL resources back, all you lose is the 10 gems to reset which is nothing. 1 daily missions complete = 10 resets.
Ohh, and a few more things if you don't mind. What's the best source for battle data plans (the flash drive looking thingies)? I always seem to run out.

check the shop often. ive been able to buy upwards of 900+k data plans for like 50-60k credits especially early game
Have you checked the simulation room? Finishing it gives you a bunch of 1 hour data packets
Yes, but as of now I can only do diff. 1 runs and I only do it once per day. What does the 1H or 2H mean in the boxes? Are they timers?
1h: 1 hour worth of stuff (credit/data/dust) based on your outpost defense level
