Apple watch heart rate freezes

I've tried searching but didn't find any posts... has anyone experienced problems with the heart rate tracking in the Supernatural App? Specifically, it freezes/flatlines constantly. 9 out of 10 songs I get a flatline heart rate. I've tried wearing it tighter, looser, lower on the wrist, higher on the wrist. But nothing works...

This just started happening to me very recently—within the last two weeks. Maybe it’s a bug in an update. It’s always worked fine for me in the past. I have a Series 2.

I just came here looking for the same thing. I didn’t get to workout much in November due to a crazy work schedule. Yesterday, I did my first workout in about 2 weeks and noticed most tracks flatlined about 3/4 through. I was looking right at my watch and seeing a much higher rate. I’m guessing it’s a bug.

I dont have any specific answer to your question, but just want to confirm that I have always had issues with my apple watch and SN. Never seems to sync up correctly or freezes as well. I also double checked my heart rate with a real physical heart rate/pulse Oximeter and my numbers on my iwatch with the SN app, does not match up with my pulse oximeter. Sometimes its way off where my pulse oximeter will say 100bpm but my SN app still says 70 or 80bpm.

I even opened up a support ticket with SN, and they told me the typical story, reinstall the app and re sync. Which did not work.

The ultimate fix was to purchase a bluetooth heart rate monitor/chest strap style, then pair that in the SN app and not the iwatch.

Sounds like a device issue to me. My series 8 never has issues. Which version do you have?

I'm having the same issue as the others. I have the series 5.

And I upgraded from Apple Watch 5 to Ultra. It worked perfectly the first time I tried, and now it frequently glitches. If anyone know how to fix I’m all ears.
