Wrong phone delivered?

Ordered an unlocked Pixel 7 from the Google store last week while my S10 was valued at $273 in trade in. Box showed up today with the correct tracking number and order number referenced. No packing slip and no Pixel. Instead there is a brand new S22 (not sold in Google store but available from Fi). Currently chatting with customer service. Anyone else have something like this happen?

Edit: they are having me return the incorrect phone for a refund and buy again. According to the rep, the trade in is not tied to the purchased device. They offered $10 in store credit for the inconvenience.
