Supplemental Board

Do slots get “recycled” for supplemental board?

In other words, say someone got pilot in the spring, they went to flight med over the summer and got DQ’d at flight med. Will their slot now be recycled back in the pool for someone to take in the supplemental board?

Does it apply for this supplemental board cuz it’s super late?
