Best asus router to pair with blue cave

I currently have an asus blue cave that has difficulty reconnecting to network whenever I reboot it, i basically have to go in the router and change some settings before it sees the network. I'm thinking of just making it as a mesh router and getting a main one to. I use my internet mainly for gaming and plex media server, so hopefully I can get a stable one. What's a good one to get?
