Yeah J.Recco had been upcoming before the patch. Same as SortOf, Cytoplasm, Vortix, Snute and a couple of other EU zergs accused of being "patch zergs".

No. See, my use of the female pronoun to describe Scarlett is based on her personal desire to be addressed as such, and an acceptance, befitting of modern society in the 21st century, that transgenderism (AKA Gender Dysphoria) is a real and completely acceptable thing, affecting, according to UK NHS statistics, roughly 1 in 4000 people to varying degrees.
In contrast, your view is based on archaic and foolish beliefs largely espoused and rendered common by puritans and adherents to various forms of logically and scientifically debunked religious extremism and prejudice, and as such is not a view befitting anyone who wishes to not become increasingly marginalised as society moves forward.
