I appreciate the honesty and rawness in your poem! I think real and poignant poetry have a way of beautifully describing struggles and that's what you did :)!
I love the rhyme scheme here, works really well. The opening lines are especially good, a great way to start the poem!
I liked this! The rhymes have impact. The only constructing criticism—and May be more personal than general— is that if you put it in one sentence it is coherent and make sense… then why separate it? I think that(it doesn’t have to be like this) when you are separating the poem like this, each line paints an image, and progressively it creates a moving image, so yea maybe play with the punctuation marks or the way it structured
This poem took me back to a time when I have felt similarly, hating looking into mirrors, especially in trial rooms. All your words echoed that past back and I found myself remembering. Hang in there, OP. It gets better with time and acceptance.
you talked about something many people don't. Also the way you personalized it increased the impact. Great poem.
There was a lot that I liked from the poem! I actually enjoyed how there was no punctuation. It gives a sense of mind where a person keeps thinking and thinking about themselves. Also the use of unstressed syllables makes it more simple which I do like when telling a story. However, I think maybe in some lines there can be one impactful word. The last sentence can maybe have a period depending on what you want to convey. It would sound a bit different.

I love the topic and the thought behind this poem, The only thing I'd recommend is words like "bad" or "look" are simple words with minimal description. Try using words like gaze for look or " dreadful"/"grim" for bad. Other than that I love it. Keep writing!
I appreciate your feedback so much and thank you!!!. to me, not every poem has to have words sophistication for every word for it to be a good sentence. I personally used bad days because bad days was what felt right to me in the moment when I was writing it.
Completely understandable! I don't believe sophisticated words are required either one of my favorite poems is "me, we". Id just thought I'd throw that in there to try and create more imagery!
I appreciate it!
maybe ishould think of a different word beside bad
These lines are my favorite! I can relate to them so much!
While I like the poem, what could improve it in my opinion is some punctuation. It will give it more rhythm and make reading easier.
I actually meant to make the poem all lowercase but I forgot to
