Absolutism reset?

I’m playing a game as Florence -> italy and I just beat the ottomans (year 1700) and my absolutism was in the 80s prior to the war and when I peaced out it became 0. Is this a new feature or is it a glitch? The only thing I can think is that it’s over 100 because my max is 109.
