CPTSD or just Real Anger

What do I do ??? WHEN my GF blames CPTSD on heinous actions she takes. My GF switched my pain meds and she cannot understand my intense anger that doing this could kill me as I have Cardiomyopathy. She refuses to actually say she is sorry and blames my PTSD anger. Am I wrong to be or angry or is my CPTSD the cause ? We have been together for over 20 years. It appears to that she blames my anger when justified, on CPTSD. Any no BS, treat her like GOLD. She acts like a know-it-all. She says she didn't want me to run out. and I wonder what she has done in the past.
