great idea, the only issue is if anyone that's actually hiring comes across this post or knows about the "company" may eliminate you from consideration.

Social media screening is restricted to publicly available information. It’s not like companies would do a bg check on a reference unless we give room for suspicion. As long we don’t name ourselves here on Reddit, we have no ties to this post.
OP should make a private discord server though.

the issue isn't social media screening. the issue is the company name, and hiring managers being aware that it wasn't a real company but a made up one to pad your resume
