I think trophy system is a bit weird.
Basically it shoots an explosive to destroy the enemy ordinance. And you are immune to your own team's trophy systems' explosion. But not to the opponent's trophy systems'.
This leads to scenarios where your team mate throws a grenade and you happens to be next to enemy trophy system that intercepts the grenade. Then the trophy system kills you by destroying the grenade.
I have seen this happens several times ok n hardpoint and HQ. Where there is really concentrated chaos.

Yeah it stops the explosion not the drill part

No way this is pretty helpful. It’ll also get rid of already placed mines and claymores

It is. I've saved our team on a hard point or flag many times
I think it can't have used a charge yet though. I've stopped a bunch of cruise missiles playing hardpoint, but anytime it's degraded it'll let it through.

If you hear a cruise missile, run into the open and lie on your trophy system. Gets them every time lol

And if you throw down a trophy system in range of an enemy trophy system, itll destroy your trophy system
